I don't think that Reviewers can log time at the moment, so to start with you are probably looking for @Doug Den Hoed - AtAppStore 's AtAppstore solution, the uber timesheet "https://store.atappstore.com/product/ubertimesheet/" https://store.atappstore.com/product/ubertimesheet/ (or check the enterprise stopwatch) ... I'm sure Doug can help you with reporting that per teams as well. -skye

Thanks Skye! Kudan, in addition to "https://store.atappstore.com/product/ubertimesheet/" UberTimesheet and "https://store.atappstore.com/product/stopwatch/" Enterprise Stopwatch , I'd also invite you to consider our "https://store.atappstore.com/product/user-adoption/" UserWatch solution which includes a report (at the top of the dashboard) to monitor Time Entry (red: missing, green: as expected, yellow: not as expected) across your Workfront Users, which you could easily modify to be Grouped by Home Team. Hi @Syke Hansen I know Reviewers cannot log hours but their manager can log hours once in a week for Reviewers. Then it consider hours for Reviewer's account. It works. Regards, Kundan. Kundan Kumar KGON - (Kverneland Group Operations Norway AS)

I guess I don't really understand your question, in that case. If users are not logging their own hours, how do you know when someone hasn't logged hours? or who is part of which team? You also haven't clarified what errors you're getting in the reports you do run? -skye

Hi Skye, First of all I made one Hour report to collect registered actual hours by users (plan / work / review). As we know, review license user cannot register hours, but their manager can register hours by running timesheet as per team. These registered hours from manager for review users add correctly in the system. Since many review license users dont directly work on computers by they are assigned to tasks to perform on mechanical machines at shop-floor. Once I run the report for a team, it shows the user's name with numbers, who actually registered actual hours. But not appear the name of users, who has registered hours even they are having plan and work license. What I am trying to collect actual hours for both type of users (users who registered hours and the users who has not registered hours in the team)? Please see the grouping and filter as attached here. Not able to find, where it is going wrong. Could you help in this regard? With best regards, Kundan. I'm not sure I understand the question. But here's what I'm getting from the report. You're filtering on hours coming from 3 different home teams. And I think you're saying that not all your (Work and Plan) users have showed up. So my first question would be: do all your users have one of these 3 teams listed as a HOME team? If they do, they should show up on your report results. -skye

Hi Kundan, Sorry to go off on a tangent, but what do you mean by: As we know, review license user cannot register hours, but their manager can register hours by running timesheet as per team. Ty! Miranda Rais GVC

@Kundan Kumar If you would like to see all hours entered by Reviewers, Planners and Workers in a single report, that would be your Hour Report, which to my understanding you have already done. This report will not show users who have not entered any hours, as the system is specifically looking for actual/logged hours. If you want to create a Timesheet Report and include a column that shows the task name(s) in which the hours associated with the timesheet have been logged to, your text mode code would look like the following: displayname=Task Name(s) listdelimiter= listmethod=nested(hours).lists textmode=true type=iterate valuefield=task:name valueformat=HTML If that is not what you were looking for, let me know! @Miranda Rais According to our documentation, Log Time , r eview users assigned to a Timesheet Profile can see the Timesheets tab and log general hours (based on their Layout Template). However, they cannot log hours on any tasks or issues assigned to them that appear on the timesheet. The way around this would be to have a Manager (or System Administrator) log time for this user. A manager, group administrator or system administrator would be able to click into the Timesheets tab directly, select All Timesheets and filter for this specific user. Once they select the appropriate time frame, he/she can add tasks, issues or projects and log hours on behalf of this reviewer. If you would like for me to create a short video, let me know! Thanks Nichole, Alternatively, for those folks who'd rather have Reviewers enter their own time so that it is more timely, more accurate, and less burden on PMs, I invite you to scroll up and consider our Enterprise Stopwatch and/or UberTimesheet options Skye and I discussed earlier in this thread.
