How to build a task report that displays in a chart red or green for planned completion vs actual completion?

I want a task report that will show in a chart:

All Tasks assigned to my direct reports completed on time/or late (their specific due date) over the past two weeks.

  • Grouped as content team
  • Red for late
  • Green for on time

Been a long week, so any help would be gratefully received!
