How do you recreate the "ready to start" and "not ready" filter in the tasking list via the API?

Hello togehter,

I would like to recreate the "ready to start" and "not ready" filter within the tasking list. It says that the predecessors have to be completed, the start Date has to be the current date or has already passed.

But I cannot make the filters working...

Which attributes of the response of the right API call (endpoint?) need to be used to get the correct result back?
