How do I suppress the cents in a chart?

Avatar

I have a report comparing Planned Cost and Actual Cost with the column field format set to $1,234. However, the chart for this report that I want to place on a dashboard is including the cents value ($1,234.56). How do I not have the cents appear in the chart? I hope this is an easy one for someone to answer as I could not find anything in help articles.

Hi Christina,

In the Edit area of your report, select the column and click on Advanced Options - there's a field format there where you can choose whether the cents are included or not.

Heather,

Thanks for your response. I do have the field format set at $1,234, but the chart is showing $1,234.56. This is the issue I am having. I'd like the chart to not show the cents and I'm not sure how to make that happen. I was hoping there was a simple solution.
