Helping out a fellow Workfront user - answering unanswered questions!

Feeling helpful today? You can sort all questions to see what's the latest on the Community. Try to answer an unanswered question for someone like you, you'll be surprised at how much you know!

Two ways to sort:

  • Most Recent Activity: this will bring up the conversations with the most recent replies or interactions on them, even if they were originally posted 3 years ago.
  • Latest Posts: this will sort posts in the order in which the question was first posted. So the most recent posts (ones posted today) will be on top, and the ones from 3 years ago will be toward the end.

Soon we'll be giving out points to increase your status on an upcoming leaderboard for answering unanswered questions and having your answers selected as Best Answers!

Sorting questions by time:

Two types of unanswered questions:

  • Unanswered: This means that there are no replies to the question, so jump in and see if you can share some knowledge. Even if you don't know the full answer, you might have a different way of thinking about something that can help the original poster find an answer to their question.
  • Unanswered with no best answer: If there are several replies to a question, but an answer hasn't been selected as the "Best Answer" that could mean that the original question hasn't actually been solved yet. It could also just mean that the original poster hasn't come back and selected a Best Answer yet, or that there wasn't one Best Answer, but many and the original poster didn't want to play favorites. 😀
