Our product team that oversees the Workfront digital content strategy is wanting to do some customer interviews to understand in more detail how content is managed through Workfront as well as other products used throughout the content lifecycle.
We would like to set up 30 minute interviews with our users and run through a series of questions to understand some of the following:
Key stages of your content processes and lifecycle
Key users throughout this lifecycle
How Workfront is involved in this process
How other tools are used through this process
What types of digital content are managed
What content opportunities or improvements exist for Workfront at this time
