Help on Dashboard for Agile Teams

Hello- I have created "hundreds" of reports and numerous dashboards for "people" assigned to tasks ....a popular one is the "ready to start" report. I am having to create new process where "teams" are being assigned to tasks....so I made them agile...but for the life of me I can't figure out how to get those tasks to show up via "assigned to Design Team" and ready to start. if I add name of task they show up but I don't want to have to keep up with that!! help???!!!
