Hi everyone, I need some help:
I created a template and associated it with a company that has billing rates
Some rates will need to be changed only for the projects that will be created from the template
I went on the billing rates tab and changed the rates on the "template billing rate" column.
I assumed all projects created with the template will inherit the rates from it, but it doesn't. Still uses the company billing rate.
Changing the rates on each project will not be an optimal use of time; neither I want to create a new company just for those projects
I looked everywhere for an answer but have not found any. I tried removing the company, adding it back, recalculate finances, etc. Nothing. Has anyone used template billing rates with success? Thanks! Patty Patricia Moreno McCann Health
