Hi Nate- I have added an Idea in the exchange and voted up rich text everywhere I can find it. This one is really hurting us. Is there any plug in that our tech folks can hook into workfront that you know of? It doesnt need to be workfront functionality or sanctioned. We just need a way to put this in place. Thanks!
