Global Nav Bar - Home not available

I have a user that can't get Home to appear as an option in the user setup area. His only options are Projects, Reporting, Teams, Requests, Documents. David Ammons Corning Optical Communications LLC

Check his user layout to make sure its selected on the main screen. Also check to be sure it doesn't say 'let this user use My Work vs Home' or something that effect.

We have seen this happen a couple of times. Users are not sure how they get there, but doing a reset fixes the problem. You can do this by logging in as them (or have them navigate to address), then in your address bar type the following: https://yourDomain.my.workfront.com /resetUser Seeing this here, maybe I should go in and create a ticket.
