- Log into Workfront as an Administrator.
- Select 'People' from the top bar.
- In the People section, search for the planner user in question using either their name or email.
- Once you find the user, click on their name to open up their profile.
- Once you are on the user's profile page, click on the "Access Level" section.
- In the Access Level section, you should be able to see a checkbox or an option that says, "Enable Proofing."
- Select it and be sure to Save the settings.
