File Size Limits to Attachments on Requests

Hi all, I was curious if anyone knows if there's a file size limit to attachments on requests? I read that there are some limits when make a request via email, but I was wondering about requests from within Workfront. Thanks, Jared Mauch

Hi Jared, Through the UI, the only limitation is your upload speed, and a 5 minute timeout. So, whatever you can upload in that 5 minute window is all you get. :) Hope this helps! Thanks, Dustin Martin Assigned Support Engineer Workfront

Hi Dustin, This helps a lot! This should calm the fears of the group I'm working with because the file sizes they would receive shouldn't take more than 5 minutes to upload to a request. Thanks for the clarification! Jared Mauch
