Feedback needed for our web team

Workfront Customers, In the next few weeks, our web team is looking to talk with five customers. They are looking for feedback on our current website, which will help inform decisions about future design and UX changes. Specifically, they are looking to understand: When first evaluating Workfront, was it helpful for you to hear from existing Workfront customers. If so, what specific information did you find helpful? At what point in your purchase journey with Workfront did you encounter customer stories? Did you use Workfront.com to research customer stories or were you introduced to customer stories some other way? If you used the website, was it easy for you to find the content you were looking for? If you didn't use the website, how was customer content shared with you? Please take a look at Workfront.com. As you review how customer content is showcased, what works for you as a buyer? What doesn't? Would you advise any changes to "https://www.workfront.com/case-studies" target="_blank" data-saferedirecturl="https://www.google.com/url?q=https://www.workfront.com/case-studies&source=gmail&ust=1583952803620000&usg=AFQjCNHucJqhHELScbNfL0RmBOzqQw1SWQ" rel="noopener">this page to make it more compelling for a buyer? How about "https://www.workfront.com/resources/fender-case-study" target="_blank" data-saferedirecturl="https://www.google.com/url?q=https://www.workfront.com/resources/fender-case-study&source=gmail&ust=1583952803620000&usg=AFQjCNGBUfcpGQv7G_Um7RRY8nwvOKberg" rel="noopener">these pages ? Are there other brands you feel do a great job showcasing customer content? If yes, which ones? What pages do you find particularly useful? Are there specific formats in which you prefer to view customer content during the sales cycle? i.e. podcasts, video, PDFs, web pages... If you have 30 minutes in the next few weeks and would like to dive into this with us, let's connect and get the conversation started. Please message me directly to let me know you're willing to provide feedback. Thanks so much! Stephanie Hartsog
