Hi Megan, in general, we have various Templates set up for the creation of collateral pieces that our Conferences & Events team may need - e.g., Email Template, Flyer Template, Conference Slider Template, PowerPoint Template, Giveaway Template, etc. as well as Templates for Banner Stands, Booth Pop-Ups, Table Cloths, etc. For us, these are considered separate projects that roll-up to a program, where the Conference Manager is the ‘program manager’. However, each project within the program may have different project owners depending on the project type. For example, the project owner for the Flyer may be different than the project owner for the Email, but all of the projects are associated to the overall Conference program.

The next step for us is to outline the ‘logistics’ process for the Conferences team, so that we can build a Workfront Template that takes into account all of the tasks needed to be done with regard to logistics (pre-event and post event actions). This is on our docket to do -- haven't got there yet. We are still somewhat new to Workfront. We launched back at the end of June last year.
