Email Projects - question for fellow Workfront partners on how you run your Email Projects

Hi! I am looking for guidance or advice on how our fellow partners run their Email Projects. We are looking to set up a process that will account for the building of emails, the proofing of them and the release - but want to understand how others currently do it and if you account for the landing page links in the process.
