email notification log or verification an email notification was sent from the platform?

We are troubleshooting an email notification issue. Is there a way I can verify an email was sent from workfront to a user, confirming the address that was attempted?  Trying to help IT understand where notification is being blocked.  Seems like an isolated user impacted. Thanks.

Support was able to get this for me in the past when I needed it.
