Editing Default Tabs

Hello Everyone, First time caller here. I'm reaching out to see if it is possible to change the name on a default tab. Specifically the 'Issue' tab. I'd like to change it to RAID which better aligns with our organization. Any help would be great. Thanks Daryl Marsh

@Daryl Marsh This can be done through Layout Templates. When you go into Setup > Interface > Layout Templates and select one to edit, there will be a tab for Terminology that allows you to change the name for Portfolio, Program, Project, Task or Issue. You will need to apply that terminology change to all Layout Templates, one by one. Additional information and steps can be found in the article, Creating and Managing Layout Templates . Only letter case letters are allowed, and by default the first letter will be capitalized so if you were to make that edit, on a project the tab would read Raid rather than RAID.
