Duration from Ready to Start to Action Completion

Is there a way to build a column or grouping view in a task report that shows me the duration from task handoff date (or ready to start) to actual completion date? Basically, I am looking to see how this duration matches up with the duration listed on our templates to see if someone is completing their work on time. I have this text mode view, but for some reason some columns are showing up blank: displayname= linkedname=direct namekey=Duration from Ready to Start to Completion querysort=DE:Duration from Ready to Start to Completion valuefield=Duration from Ready to Start to Completion valueformat=customNumberAsString Also, any other ideas for trying to find if someone is completing their work within the duration listed on their task? Hi Marshall, If I'm following, you're on the right track; but since you're seeing blank information in your view, I'd suggest you confirm that the formula you put on the DE:Duration from Ready to Start to Completion custom parameter is calculating as expected, and is present on all the Tasks you care to examine in this manner.
