Does anybody know a way to mass update one person from "Reviewer+Approver" to "Reviewer" on 100 proofs?

I can't find a way to edit this from a report, but perhaps there's a report or screen that can do this that I haven't tried? I have the integrated Proofing, not standalone. The only mass update I can find is to change the owner of a selection of proofs.

I believe you can do this via Workfront Proof>Contacts (previously ProofHQ or PHQ) You will click the three little dots on the rights side to edit. You can also go through Workflows>Users but only users will show there.

Hi

That is very close but I only see a way to remove them from the proofs completely, or change the default proof role, no way I can see to select specific proofs to change their proof role. Inm Workflow/Users I can only see how to change ownership, not proof roles.
