Question

DNS_PROBE_FINISHED_NXDOMAIN

My client invited me to join Workfront. I clicked on the invitation with a token, and it worked. I was able to log in and communicate with my point of contact for one day. The next day, I tried to login, and I kept getting a connection error, like timed out. My point of contact tried to troubleshoot it and it did not work. After a couple of days, my contact decided to erase my profile and resent it. I received a second invitation, and it worked again. Then the next day, I tried to log in and the same error message popped up. DNS_PROBE_FINISHED_NXDOMAIN

I know it is not our firewall. if it was our firewall, it would have never worked.

Anyone ever encountered a similar problem. Any solution? Thank you

I'm not clear on how you're trying to log in. Can you share the URL?

Other than this, I'd put the burden on your client to troubleshoot this from their end. There are numerous ways to access the system and as a newer user, I wouldn't expect you to know how their system is set up for access. Additionally at least one user will be an authorized service contact who can interface with the adobe Support team.

Thank you very much for your feedback. I did not put the link to protect the privacy of my client. My point of contact is the Workfront admin.

many of the customer urls start with ____.my.workfront.com/____

If this matches your url, just give us everything after “.com”. If your url doesn’t contain workfront at all, I would probably have the admin contact Support.
