We've been using Workfront for a few years now and I've been request by management to add hourly cost to our reports. I added everyone hourly and billable cost to their profiles, but the reports show up blank with $0. I ran a test and added new time to a task, and the report shows the actual labor cost for a new entry. I'm guessing that since I just added the hourly and billable wages it won't calculate the actual labor cost on any existing time entered before I updated my teams profiles and job roles, even-though their actual logged hours show up on the report? Is there a way around this, or a way to refresh so I can see the actual labor cost for past and future time expended on a task?
