Default Expense Types - Not Editable/Deletable?

Hi All, Is it really not possible to edit or delete a default Expense Type? I've tried a few approaches to no avail. We'd like to modify these as "Advertising" is just too broad for our needs. We could create our own expense types- but it becomes confusing if the default is still present in the system. Thanks! Satchell Mische-Richter Quality Bicycle Products

Hi Satchell, Correct: the Default Expense Types cannot be deleted, and although (even as SysAdmin) they appear to be editable, upon saving, an error is thrown and the original values are preserved. Thanks Doug, I was running into that error as well. It was unclear whether that was a bug or a disallowed action. It's misleading that you can click into that field and edit the text, but not save it. I contacted support and they confirmed that the default expense types are not editable nor deletable.
