Data Connect access

Hi All,

We have a Prime plan.  I wanted to check something under our system settings, and I noticed there's a Data Connect option:

I don't recall seeing it before (if it was there, I missed it).  Does its presence mean we have Data Connect as an add-on, or is that menu item included for everyone?

I can ask our rep, but I have zero control over spending and don't want to get anyone's hopes up if we don't already have it.

Hi @KristenS_WF , it's an added feature in Workfront that allow you to stream Workfront data to BI tools using snowflake as a connector. It's a subscription cost. You may contact your account rep for detailed information.

Data connect is included in the Ultimate plan for sure, I'm not sure about Prime. I would just go ahead and try

My feeling is, if it's visible you may have access to it

Ah, sadly no luck.  Clicking on 'Create Reader Account' does nothing, so apparently we don't have it.
