Data Connect access

Hi All,

We have a Prime plan.  I wanted to check something under our system settings, and I noticed there's a Data Connect option:

I don't recall seeing it before (if it was there, I missed it).  Does its presence mean we have Data Connect as an add-on, or is that menu item included for everyone?

I can ask our rep, but I have zero control over spending and don't want to get anyone's hopes up if we don't already have it.😄

Hi @KristenS_WF , it's an added feature in Workfront that allow you to stream Workfront data to BI tools using snowflake as a connector. It's a subscription cost. You may contact your account rep for detailed information.

Data connect is included in the Ultimate plan for sure, I'm not sure about Prime. I would just go ahead and try 🙂

My feeling is, if it's visible you may have access to it

Ah, sadly no luck.  Clicking on 'Create Reader Account' does nothing, so apparently we don't have it.
