Contributor License - Planned Benefit Visibility

Avatar

Level 3

Hi,

I recall earlier this year I had an issue where suddenly review / contributor level users were no longer able to see the planned benefit field on projects within a report. This change is ultimately going to cause us to exceed our paid license count from our contract that was finalized earlier this year.

Is there any way around this? Previously, these users were able to see that field without issue.

Hey @sydney_peterson - I just tested with the Access Levels and see that if I provide "view" rights to the "Financial Data" section then the planned benefit will show. Are you able to provide that level of access to the users in question?

This option is completely grayed out for me actually. No access is the only option.

@sydney_peterson Just checking in — were you able to resolve your issue? We’d love to hear how things worked out. If the suggestions above helped, marking a response as correct can guide others with similar questions. And if you found another solution, feel free to share it — your insights could really benefit the community. Thanks again for being part of the conversation!

I'm coming back around to this as it was never resolved and I'm running into some issues. Is it really not possible to give a free license user visibility to the planned benefit field on projects? This is the one field they need to see and I don't want to grant a paid license for one field.
