Column That Calculates the difference between two Dates

Hi there, I am adding a field to the custom form that is attached to each Project called "In Market Date" I want to add a column to a report that is calculating the difference between In Market Date and Estimated completion date of the project. With this, we are going to calculate our own Behind, Late, On Time Taking this further would be great to calculate .. If Actual Completion is 5 days before In Market Date - Project is On Time If Actual Completion is 0-5 Days before In Market Date - Project is At Risk If Actual Completion is After Market Date - Project is Late Thanks!Jessi Jessi Volaric
