Support was a bust; they've design a product but not considered how it would be used...no SoP, no "expected behavior," nothing.
All I have is that Billing Records should be used, but not much beyond that. Problem is, because of how beyond-tedious Bill Records are, we skipped them in favor of export to an external system to handling billing and finances.
Does anyone want to provide scenarios on how they do it? Especially from a Creative Agency (internal agency or stand-alone agency) point of view?
