when you join user groups - you get a badge for that group. When you are very active in this community (posting, answering, blogging, etc ...) you get a badge for that. Completing your profile as much as possible also gain you points. Benetta Perry APS

Hi Rochelle, Thanks for asking! The Leap badges we add manually to this list of registered users -- if we missed yours last year, I apologize about that! Soon we'll be transitioning to a new community and there we'll be having a whole new way to earn points and badges so stay tuned for those coming in the next few months -- specifically around LEAP 2020 as well.
