Anyone else getting an Unsaved Changes error on every screen?

I've noticed an Unsaved Changes error appearing every time I leave attempt to navigate from one item to another, even when all I've done is view an item.

Is anyone else seeing this?

Hi @Olivia Bateman‚ it's been awhile but I believe I just closed all browser tabs and restarted Chrome. I've not see this as an issue since.
