Adoption Rate Reporting / best practices

We are about 8 months into our journey with WorkFront and our adoption rate has been high anecdotally but we now want to measure it. I was originally looking for a way to measure logins per week (per user / per department) but that is proving to be difficult either with reporting or system audit logs. What KPIs are others using to measure the WorkFront adoption success? How were you able to report on those? Bill Bos Classical Conversations
