Here are a few ideas our agency has submitted: "https://support.workfront.com/hc/en-us/community/posts/115004508413-Resource-Scheduling-Filter-for-Available-Resources-Portfolio-Project-Status" Resource Scheduling: Ability to filter by available resources
The current resource scheduling tool makes it very hard to see who is available to do the work since all unassigned tasks are at the top, and then people who can work on the tasks are further down. I have to constantly scroll to compare the unassigned task dates and hours to the resource availability/capacity. It would be great to be able to filter by available resources, or even specific users because I also want to see how close to capacity they may possibly be. If they're close to capacity, I can then see what's on their plate and figure out how to move stuff around if there are clients/projects/deliverables that are higher priority than others. "https://support.workfront.com/hc/en-us/community/posts/115000703574-Add-Option-to-Turn-Off-Proof-Comment-Notifications" Option to Turn Off Proof Comments at the Task Level Currently, if someone comments on a proof, other users on the task will receive a proof comment notification via Workfront and email, if email notifications are turned on. This is very annoying for a user. For example, if 20 comments are left on the proof, the other user will receive 20 emails. The only way to not receive this notification is to turn off updates/comments in the user settings; there is not something directly related to proof comments/updates. "https://support.workfront.com/hc/en-us/community/posts/115004390633-Available-Hours-Report">Available Hours Report I'd like the ability to pull an Available Hours report by month so that I can see how many hours each team has available taking into account time off that they've entered in the system. "https://support.workfront.com/hc/en-us/community/posts/115000354974-Planned-Hours-Allocation-on-Simple-Tasks">Planned Hours View on Simple Tasks When Multiple Users are Assigned If there are 2+ users assigned to a single task, and the task is set to simple with a different allocation of hours between the resources (example below), there is no way to see how many hours are allocated to one person vs. the other if I am the resource working on the task. I suggest adding a feature so that each resource can clearly see their allocated time. Jennifer Tanabe Director, Project Management Vertical Measures
