Year View in Scheduling Tool

We want the ability to see at least a year-long view of what our resources are scheduled on since many projects have longer durations. It would help to staff new projects, as well as give us a picture of our overall year and where projects are slated to start and end.

This view is critical for advertising agencies, as much of our planning with clients runs for a year or more.
