Description - When using Workfront's "Workfront Proof" (Proofing Tool) to open up Proof Links, users have to put in their email id and password as well as validate their identity with their mobile device via text or call, every time they open a proof. This request is to prevent the validation for every proof that is opened or once it's validated, it doesn't need to be validated again.
Why is this feature important to you - This feature will help the users to complete their tasks as fast as possible and would not be time consuming.
How would you like the feature to work - When the users open a proof and they are asked to enter their email id and password and also, validate their identity and they click on "Don't ask again for 90 days", it should save their details so that they do not need enter their details again when they re-open the same proof.
Current Behaviour - As per the current behaviour, the users have to put in their email id and password as well as validate their identity with their mobile device via text or call, every time they open a proof which is a time consuming process.
