We have multiple PMs that are responsible for approvals to a variety of approvers that changes often. We want to handle the approvals with a Workflow Template to keep the steps organized, but the fact that the editing of the Workflows are locked down to admins only makes this feature unusable at times.
Is there any way a Planner can be given privileges to edit Workflow Templates? Our one admin can not maintain 10+ PMs Workflows when an approver changes and needs to be updated in the Workflow. OR if that is not possible, can the Workflow Template pull a true Group in without expanding automatically to the users within, so when a Group is updated, the Workflow is updated as well automatically?
