Welcome emails disappear when Only Allow SAML 2.0 Authentication

Selecting this option

"Send an invite email to this person"


removes the option

Only Allow SAML 2.0 Authentication


When I create SSO accounts, our users do not get a much needed welcome email.

Can you please allow both options to be selectable.
