View Sorting & Grouping

Need the ability to :

1. Turn on / off sorting for each field
2. Field level controls for color, font, and width
3. View level controls for sorting by field (on or off)
4. View level controls for Grouping & Sort Order
5. View level controls for Collapse & Expand (get rid of the chevrons !)
