Description - I would like delegated work to be viewable through the Workload Balancer
Why is this feature important to you - Delegated work is owned by the delegee unless it is reassigned. It is important that Resource Planners are aware of all work on this extra responsibility to avoid over scheduling the individual.
How would you like the feature to work - I would like to see delegated work automatically being viewable through the Workload Balancer. This could be set/controlled at company / group level, or shown as an option in the Workload Balancer settings.
Current Behaviour - Delegated work sits within the original assignee schedule even though they have delegated it to someone else. There could be a hard deadline for this work, and until it is physically reassigned by the delegee, Traffic Managers can book that time in the delegee's schedule, thus making a problem.
