Use Project Template Folder Permissions

Description -

Why is this feature important to you - We have financially sensitive folder structures in our Project Template that we need to restrict to our finance team. We need to turn off inheritence and share instead to this team. We don't want to do this every time we set up a project,

How would you like the feature to work - honour the permissions that have been set in the Project Template when applied to a new project (or when a template is attached to an existing project)

Current Behaviour - permissions in a template are ignored.
