When we customize what users see in the "Home and Summary" section of a layout template the changes are not reflected in the summary panel of unassigned tasks in the Workload Balancer (it is reflected in the summary panel of assigned tasks).
The ability to customize what is seen for unassigned tasks is extremely valuable to the resource manager, so that they can easily reference particular details without having to go to each individual task and dig for them.
