Updates to "Convert Comment to Issue" mechanism

Two suggestions:

1) when converting a comment into an issue, pull over the drop down selection of Issues established on the project or task and fields associated to that Issue

2) provide a pro tip or field indicator for the calendar option. currently it is just a calendar view date select and a user wouldn't know if it is start date or due date unless they looked here: https://support.workfront.com/hc/en-us/articles/216743268-Converting-Comments-to-Tasks-or-Issues
