Updates to filter up from a Task to a Parent task, in the same way they do from tasks to the project- and Project updates to be grouped by Parent task

Would be great to have a kind of structure, so you can go to the parent task and see all the updates for that group of tasks in the same way you can at a project level. A project for us can be 50 odd products/elements of a campaign, so seeing an unstructured mass of updates at the project isn't helpful. Ideally, at a project level these would be grouped by parent task, so easily navigatable, so folders of updates or drop downs as it were. Also, a filter up at a parent task of all updates from its children tasks would be brilliant, and if these were grouped by task even better, but just being able to see the updates from the children in a timeline of the parent would be incredibly useful to improve efficiency and see and overview of progress.

Completely agree. Articulated a slightly different way, but the same request. We might get more votes if you used a simple title like View child task updates in parent task.

Parent Tasks: We need the ability to aggregate all comments/posts of subtasks in one view. For example, if parent task was "Parent Task A" and it had two tasks: "Task 1" and "Task 2". We need the ability to see the comments/posts from "Task 1" and "Task 2" rolled up in "Parent Task A." This is crucial since sub-tasks are related and affect each other. We think this would be relatively easy to implement. Suggestion: Right next to "Filter System Updates", add another option for "Include updates from subtasks"

This is becoming a critical requirement, as a lot workarounds are happening because we can't do this.
