Update the copy used for Timesheet Reminder Notifications

Currently the copy of the timesheet reminder notification is confusing and does not provide the user with good context to what it is about. It would be great if the body of these notifications could be customized, or at least if there was a better default copy. Something as simple as:

Dear FNAME,

You have a new time sheet available for START DATE - END DATE.

Please click here to enter your time

"

Currently the copy of the notifications reads:

Notification Object: TIMESHEET NAME

"
