I would like the designer to get a prompt (inside Proof) that indicates they have unresolved comments on this proof.
It would be even better if the unresolved comments are highlighted or the comment numbers are listed or anything to draw attention to the unresolved comments, so we ensure everything has been addressed before producing another proof. Of course, this would also require some sort of "Close" button on the proof, so that when the designer clicks close, the prompt appears and they would have to choose to ignore or go back and resolve before closing out the proof.
Lastly, the prompt would need to be tied to a particular proofing role (I would suggest proof owner; others may want this setting to be able to be assigned to someone else, or not used at all, so optional).
