I just spent the morning trying to figure out how do create a wholistic PTO calendar as well. This would be VERY helpful. Ideally the calendar could be by team or whole department - shareable with everyone.

Josh, great news does this WF Time Off Calendar have plans to synch with Outlook Calendar for PTO time - reducing the manual need to manage and maintain both?
Hi Jennifer, the calendar being referred to here is a new report option to display the time off in the system in a calendar format. As for entering PTO into Workfront, we did just recently greatly enhance the API in Workfront to handle time off entries much easier. That said, making that integration between your Outlook calendars and Workfront would be something you would need to look to doing, or talk to one of our partners.
