Description -

Why is this feature important to you - This will allow our users to avoid creating duplicate projects and override the ones created already; helping the reports be more accurate and reduce confusion

How would you like the feature to work - We need the system to avoid allowing us to create a project if there is another one already associated to the request.

Current Behaviour - Currently, there is only one message saying that the project already exists, but this message is small and difficult to see. Then, when a user creates a duplicated project for a request, the first project gets overwritten, and the second one becomes the project associated. However, the data from the first project doesn't get moved to the second one, which creates confusion and mitmatches in the data.
