Team Owner to Receive Notifications When New Requests Are Submitted, Not Entire Team

It would be nice to have a notification option where, if a request is submitted to a team, the Owner of the Team is notified, but not the rest of the team.

I am having to create one team to intake requests, then re-assign the requests to a second team to be worked. I am the lead on the team, so I usually look at each request that comes in first, then assign to the the appropriate team member to work on based on availability and skill. Sometimes I'm able to resolve the request right away, as it was a process or understanding issue, so I can close the request instantly. When not, I then assign to a team member to resolve.

However, if the request came into my team, everyone gets notified and it can be distracting. I see where its useful to have that setup, but it would be nice to have a second notification option where only the team owner gets notified.
