Team Assignment Notification Opt-Out

I recently started receiving incessant in-app notifications when a team to which I'm assigned receives a work request. They look like this: [Person] wants your team, [Team], to work on this task.

Many members of our department are assigned to multiple teams, causing each of us to receive dozens of notifications per day--even per hour--for new assignments that rarely apply to us.

I'm told there's no way to opt out of these in-app notifications. Please add a way to opt out of certain notification types--or at least turn these off again (as they have been since we started using Workfront a year and a half ago).

I would like to see the ability to opt-out at the project level to notifications. In other words, I want to receive document notifications on all of the projects I'm on, with the exception of "xyz project" and "abc Project". Or with the exception of projects in the status of "Queue". This way, I see what is relevant to my daily work and nothing else.

Yes! Seems silly that we can customize email notifications down to every little detail but have no say in our in-app notifications.

I agree. As the WorkFront Admin in my company, I get numerous complaints weekly about this issue. People cannot use the in-app notifications as they have dozens of these useless messages mixed in with their few meaningful notifications. That are missing the ones they need to respond to.

Either give us a way to opt-out (option 1) or turn off the team work request notification entirely (option 2).

Agree to Susan's comments. I've started using Workfront less because of inconvenience of sorting through dozens and dozens of updates that have no relevance to me. I start clicking through then accidentally dismiss the one that's relevant to me and then have to go search for it.
