TASKS: Show changes to Percent Complete on the Updates tab

Currently when a user changes the % complete of a task this is not shown in the Updates tab (where system updates are enabled).

It would be super useful to have changes to this field included.

edit: looks like it's already being captured, it just need to be shown on the Updates tab -
