Task Bulk Edit Option for Users with Contribute Permission

We would like our users with project Contribute permission to also have access to the bulk Edit option that appears when selecting multiple tasks in a project. These users can still edit some task settings (such as assignments), and it would be ideal if they did not have to make these changes one-by-one. The settings that they do not have permission to change could be deactivated on the Edit Tasks modal. Currently, users with Contribute permission do not see the Edit option in the project toolbar.
