Take Bulk Actions on Tasks

I want to take actions in bulk within My Work. For example, mark multiple tasks as "Work On It".

I would love to be able to bulk edit the same tasks across multiple projects such as adding a form.

Having to accept one work request at a time is one of the biggest complaints from our users. Being able to bulk select chosen (or all) work requests is a feature that would drastically improve user experience.

I believe this is in two different ideas, but same ask.

I have been asking for this for 2 years. I hope lost's of people vote on both ideas

And if the bulk remove could be incorporated that would be great. It sucks when a project is cancelled and you were assigned several tasks and have to click the blue Remove button on all of them.

This is for sure something that needs to happen!! We spin up tasks in one project, and one person may have up to 50 tasks in that project. It would be soooooo nice if they could “select all” and accept all work at once! When you accept a task, everything shifts and you have to wait to accept the next one! It’s not an efficient process at all.

Amen! we for sure need this option. we have team members with 300 tasks being assigned at once...it would save so much time to be able to bulk accept.

Also.... Bulk adding one task to several places in one project or across multiple projects would be SO HELPFUL, anyone else?

We have templates for different scenarios. Say something is a 4 week campaign as opposed to a 2 week campaign. We have projects that are already spun up AND templates that need changing. Sometimes it will take ALL DAY to get all of the changes made.

If there was a way to bulk add one task to several projects or within the same project, that would literally save us HOURS!!!
